Legends of the Bayou RV Rates

RV Site Rental Rates

Daily, Weekly, 4-Weekly, and Seasonal
All of our site are 50' x 30' with full 50 amp hook ups (30 amp adaptors available upon request). The rates include up to 4 people per site, parking for 1 vehicle and boat trailer, and full access to all amenities at our RV Park. The daily and weekly rates include electricity, water, and sewer. Our 4-weekly and seasonal sites have metered electricity during summer months.

Holiday Rates
Holiday rates are higher and require a 3-night stay minimum.  Our holidays are Mardi Gras (early February), Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Cruisin' the Coast (early October).

Extended Stay Deposits
Attention snowbirds or summer camp travelers: you can call ahead and reserve your 4-weekly site over the phone. We require a $100 deposit per site to hold a 4-week rental; $250 to hold a 5-12 week rental; and $1500 to hold a seasonal spot. The first 4-weekly invoice must be paid in full within 3 months of arriving. The deposit will be applied to the final billing cycle.

Seasonal Stay (6-Month)
Seasonal Stay is a flat $3000 + tax rate for either the entire Summer season (April - September) or the entire Winter season (October - March). This is perfect package for our extended stay travelers looking for a long-term RV spot in a destination city. The full seasonal stay must be paid in full within one month of arrival. If booking ahead, a 50% deposit is required to secure the spot.

Mobility
Please note that we are NOT the ideal choice for campers with mobility issues. Our office, restrooms, and laundry facility are up 2-flights of stairs. If this is an issue for you, we'd be happy to recommend a Biloxi RV park or Gulfport RV park that might be a better fit for your stay here in South Mississippi.

Extended Stay

Sites: #3-14 and #21-23

  • $600/4-weekly*
  • $3000/Season**

Electricity is metered. These sites are perfect for our extended-stay guests wanting to pay month-to-month. Maximum stay is 6 months. Seasonal rates are a one-time flat payment, cannot be broken down to monthly plan.

Short-Term Stay

Sites: #1-2, #15-20, and #24-27

  • $50/night 
  • $55/night during holidays
  • $275/week

All rates include electricity, water, and sewer. These sites offer a waterfront view. Perfect for short-term vacationers. Not for extended stays.

Other Fees

Miscellaneous Charges

  • $3/night per extra person
  • $3/night per extra vehicle (truck, car, boat/trailer)
  • $10/day for early check in or late check out

Metered electricity is billed at the end of each 4-week period at $.12/kWh.

Checking In

Arrival / Departure Times
Our check in time is 1 pm; check out is 12pm. Checking in early or checking out late, depends on other reservations and subject to $10/day fee.

Email Communications
Remember to check your email for arrival instructions, office hours, our map, wifi password, and other information about your stay.

What to expect
We are a quiet park. When you arrive, you are welcome to find your spot and hookup without our help. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Do use the email checkin button to let us know you’ve arrived. The restroom/showers, and laundry facility are upstairs in the office building at the front of the property. You are welcome to use the boat launch at your own convenience. We will have a welcome packet available to you upon arrival including a list of park rules and your exclusive Legends Connection Kit and welcome gift.

Cancellation Policies

Daily / Weekly
No refunds for early departures. Cancellations made 4 days or more out are subject to a $25 fee + 10% of booking total. Cancellations made less than 3 days out will not be refunded. For holidays, you must cancel more than 7 days out to get a refund (minus cancellation fees.)

4-Weekly
No refunds for early departures. 4-weekly rentals are subject to a $50 fee + 5% of booking total if canceled more than 3 months out from your reservation arrival date. Within two months, the fee is $100 + 10%. Within 1 month, the fee is $200 + 20%. There will be no refunds for 4-weekly guests who cancel less than a month from arrival date. 

Storms
Tropical weather evacuations are taken seriously. You'll receive a full refund for your remaining reservation.
